What products do you offer?

We focus on three product lines:
Stainless steel kitchenware: flour sifter, floor drain, oil-proof cover, and other kitchen items with metal meshes.

Carbon steel baking pans: Cookie baking trays, cake baking trays, various shaped molds and toast boxes.

Silicone products: Air fryer mats, dough kneading mats, cake molds, candy molds, and all silicone products of all shapes
(all silicone goods can be manufactured on the same production line, just replace different molds)

Why do you produce three different types of products?

Initially, we only manufactured stainless steel mesh kitchenware. As our factory grew and expanded, we found the three product types have similar target customer and mutually supportive production workflows.

For example: baking trays and sieves need silicone heat-resistant parts, which we make on our own silicone line.
We no longer rely on outside suppliers, this way cutting production costs indirectly while keeping quality intact.

What customization services do you offer?

All the products of the three production lines support OEM (original equipment manufacturing) and ODM (original design manufacturer).
Moreover, we have our own mold technicians who can customize molds for our clients.

How do you keep your prices competitive? Do you sacrifice product quality in the process?

We know many factories currently cut costs by reduceing on materials or switching to cheaper materials.
But we know this won’t work in the long run.
Profit from our expanded factory and efficient warehouse management, we bring down costs via large-batch mass production. Simple as it is, this lets our partners get better prices without any quality compromise. Plus, plenty of ready stock allows faster delivery.

What is the relationship between QunXin Metal Products Factory and Oekitchenware Factory? And why have two different names?

Both of these names belong to us: the former is our name in China, and the latter is for countries outside China.
Reason: Because “QunXin” has no meaning in many countries and is difficult to remember. OE is simpler.

How does ensure the design and quality of products?

We have introduced advanced processing equipment such as optical fiber laser machines, high-precision lathe, automated punching machine to ensure the design and quality of our products, while also fulfilling the responsibility of modernizing production, standardizing and refining data

Where are your markets distributed?

With the rapid development of the factory, its markets have expanded to Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, etc.

Why don’t you produce all the kitchenware and other tools?

Due to the wide variety of products, different machines are required.
Most other factories can only produce one type of products, while other products are provided by other supply chains.
